In this supervision and sampling inspection, Triumphcable has six types of wire products subjected to rigorous testing, including PVC insulated PVC sheathed cables (model BVV 300/500V 1×2.5mm²), oil resistant flexible cables (model 60227 IEC 75(RVVY) 300/500V 2×1.5mm²), elevator cables (model 60227 IEC 71f(TVVB) 450/750V 3×1.5mm²), installation wire (Model AVVR 300/300V 2×0.3mm²), unjacketed wire and cable (Model 60227 IEC 06(RV) 300/500V 1×0.75mm²), and flexible cable wire (Model 60227 IEC 53( RVV) 300/500V 2×0.75mm²). These products cover a wide range of applications such as construction, industry, elevators and more.

China Quality Certification Center Ltd. commissioned South China Laboratory to test these products in a number of items, including structural inspection, insulation thickness measurement, sheath thickness measurement, average outer diameter measurement, conductor resistance test, insulation tensile test before aging, sheath tensile test before aging, etc. All the tests were conducted in accordance with the relevant national standards (GB/T5023\JB/T8734), and Sheng brand wire products were rated as “qualified” in all the items.
