   The physical recycling of PVC electronic wire refers to the process of recycling PVC waste by mechanical means only, mainly through shredding, screening, grinding and other procedures, resulting in films, powders, pellets or other forms of recycled material. These recycled materials can be used to produce heavy duty bags, agricultural pipes and shoe soles.

   PVC plastic products are divided into two types: soft products and hard products. Soft products mainly include film, cable sheathing, power lines, high-voltage lines; rigid products mainly include bottles, tubes, profiles, sheet materials.

In the soft products, agricultural film is a large use of a class. Agricultural films are made of a variety of materials such as PVC, PE, EVA, and so on. When recycling, PVC film should be distinguished from other materials first. Agricultural films often carry soil, sand, roots and nails, etc., to remove these impurities and cleaning, and then after drying, shredding and other processes made of fragments or granules, and then made into agricultural products such as packaging film, agricultural recycled water pipes and shoe soles.

   Due to the repeated recycling of waste agricultural PVC film, it is inevitably partially degraded and its strength is reduced due to multiple heating processes and mechanical effects. In order to guarantee the quality of the product, some new PVC resins and corresponding additives need to be added. If the recycled material is to be made into secondary plastic film through dense refining, two-roller, four-roller machine winding, etc., different pigments are added during the refining process, and the calendered film produced will also show different colors. In addition, about 30% of the residual plasticizers (mainly DOP) in waste agricultural PVC films can be recycled and reused after refining.

   PVC bottles from rigid products are also a very heavily used product, and their waste can be processed into profiles, pipes, and folding boards. In a plastics processing plant, PVC chips are first cleaned, caps and labels are removed and dried, and then crushed into small pieces smaller than 0.5mm. A trial conducted by a major U.S. PVC producer using new and recycled PVC coextruded together showed that recycled PVC retained the excellent properties of the new material and could be used in applications with lower performance requirements.

   For the physical recovery method, the quality of the recycled PVC electronic wire is highly dependent on the degree of contamination and the composition of the selected material. The quality of the recovered material determines the extent to which the original material can be replaced by the recovered material: "high quality" recovered material can be reused in the same type of applications as PVC, whereas "low quality" recovered material from the mixed waste fraction can only be used in the same type of applications as PVC. "Low-level recycling" into products that are often made from other materials.

   Of course, the quality of the end product cannot be separated from the recycling equipment itself. Currently, the equipment and processes for recycling and processing PVC waste in Germany have reached a very high level. The contaminant content of silicone threads is less than 1%, and the resulting PVC secondary shredded material can be processed in a variety of ways into a variety of products. The American Plastics Industry Association PVC Association also strongly encourage the recycling of PVC, it is intended to start with the recycling of PVC bottles, leading to the recovery of other PVC products.
