Too much powder will cause bad appearance and too little powder will cause bad peeling.

I. Notes on the operation of the powder machine
1. Check whether the power supply of the over powder machine and the power supply of the extruder socket are the same before starting the machine, and confirm that there is no error before plugging in the power supply.
2. After the powder machine is connected to the power supply, immediately check the rotation system and heating system, confirm that there is no error after opening the electric switch, heating 150 ℃ to dry talc (1.5 hours before the extrusion is completed) 30 minutes before production will be lowered to 60 +20/-10 ℃ range of constant temperature to be used.
3. Prepare enough talcum powder before production, the amount of talcum powder is 70%-90% of the capacity of the over powder machine is appropriate, production at least once an hour to check whether the amount of talcum powder is sufficient, add in time when insufficient.
4. Pay attention to the production of wire must be passed from the middle of the guide wheel of the over powder machine, to avoid the shaking of semi-finished products caused by the wire over powder bad.
5. The choice of the inner die of the powdered wire extrusion: according to the usual standard and then enlarge 0.05-0.2M/M (because the powder will take up a certain gap, the inner die is too small will cause bad appearance and easy to break the wire)
II. Common abnormalities and countermeasures
1. Poor peeling:
A. Too little powder talc powder is not completely dry, need to add a good amount of dry talc powder
B. The distance between the inner and outer mold is too far, and the distance between the inner and outer mold should be reduced when the extrusion is too full.
C. Semi-finished products stranded outside diameter is too small not easy to over powder: stranded and bet outside before being over the appropriate amount of release agent and then over powder
2. Too much powder caused by the appearance of bad:
A. Too much talcum powder accumulated in the inner mold tube, blocking the smooth operation of the semi-finished products caused by poor appearance need to use * blow dry the talcum powder in the inner mold tube.
B. The brush does not remove the excess talc powder, the semi-finished product should be placed in the middle of the brush, so that the brush can remove the excess talc powder.
C. The inner mold is too small: Because the inner mold of the powdered wire is larger than that of the wire (with the same specifications), it is easy to choose the inner mold with an aperture larger than the usual 0.05-0.2M/M.
3. Core wire sticking:
A. Insufficient cooling: over powder line is generally thicker outside, production due to insufficient cooling is easy to cause the core line adhesion. Production of each section of the sink to maintain a large enough cold water, to achieve adequate cooling.
B. Insulation PVC melting at high temperatures, resulting in core adhesion: core line extrusion, stranded with the right amount of release agent, outside the extrusion before the first release agent and then powder, or stranded outside the extrusion are over powder and improve
